Meet the Doctors

Jesse Lanzon, DDS, MD

Dr. Lanzon is originally from Turlock, CA and attended UC Berkeley for my undergraduate studies. He met his wife, Amy Buehler, while playing water polo there. They both attended USC School of Dentistry and went on to complete residencies at the University of Michigan where Amy completed her pediatric dental training and Dr. Lanzon completed medical school and surgical training. Amy is currently working at Camarillo Children’s Dental Group. They moved back to California to be closer to their families in 2012, where they have three young sons (Casey, Cody, and Charlie) who keep them busy at home!

Dr. Lanzon had been practicing in Camarillo since 2018 when he was approached by his friend and co-resident, Dr. Rey Rivera, to partner in a new practice. He jumped at the opportunity not only because of their similar training background, but because of their shared philosophy of providing unsurpassed patient care. Dr. Rivera also has additional training in pediatric and craniomaxillofacial surgery which proivdes a wonderful service to the area.

Together they offer full scope OMS services to Camarillo and the surrounding areas. They take pride in the patient-centered care they provide and focus on ensuring that each patient’s experience in the office is exceptional. They strive for excellence not only in patient comfort and the surgery provided, but also in communicating with patients and referrals.

Additionally, Dr. Lanzon participates on the maxillofacial trauma call team at Cottage Hospital where he has the privilege to perform surgery in the OR setting. He is a diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and a member on the Santa Barbara Ventura Dental Society Board. He is ACLS, PALS certified and an Eagle Scout. He welcomes you to our practice and will treat you and your family like he would treat his own family.
